SO ON THE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE WITH ME IS A TRUSTEE HORN AND TRUSTEE LACKEY WILSON.
AND SO WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO MEET SEVERAL TIMES WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF DOCTOR SCOTT AND MS. HEIMBUCHNER, TO BRING THESE REVISIONS TO YOU ALL.
JUST AS A REMINDER FOR THE COMMUNITY, THE BOARD SCORECARD HELPS US TO BE IN LINE WITH THE DISTRICT SCORECARD OR STUDENT SCORECARDS, ALL OF THE SCORECARDS AND MISD SO THAT WE AS A BOARD ARE HOLDING OURSELVES ACCOUNTABLE.
AND SO IN OUR WORK, WE HAVE TRIED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE ALIGNED WITH DISTRICT GOALS AND ALSO THINGS WE THINK THE COMMUNITY REALLY NEEDS TO SEE US AND HAVE THESE AS FORWARD FACING GOALS.

ADDITIONALLY, WE ARE CHANGING THE CATEGORIES THAT WE'RE INCLUDING FOR SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES. IF YOU'LL SEE THAT WE NOW HAVE MOVED THE REPORTS FOR DOMAIN THREE INTO SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES.
THAT'S BEEN DIFFERENT, ALONG WITH SYSTEM REPORTS, OUR STUDENT FOCUSED AGENDA, THE LENGTH OF THE BOARD MEETINGS AND THE LENGTH OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION. SO THOSE ARE GROUPED TOGETHER.
AND SO WE'RE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TRAINING EXISTING BOARD MEMBERS 20 HOURS OR MORE, NEW BOARD MEMBERS 30 HOURS OR MORE. SO TRACKING THAT AND THEN THERE'S ALSO AND I THINK THIS WILL BE FOR DISCUSSION.
EMPLOYEE BASED TRAINING WHICH IS TYPICALLY DONE BY OUR EMPLOYEES IN MANSFIELD ISD.
