THESE YOUNG STUDENTS HAVE BEEN CHOSEN FROM THEIR CAMPUS BASED ON THE VIRTUES OF OUTSTANDING CHARACTER, CITIZENSHIP, FAIRNESS, HONESTY, KINDNESS, RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, AND TRUSTWORTHINESS.

COMING INTO THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP, THE LADY WOLVES WERE RANKED NUMBER 1 IN THE STATE AND NUMBER 12 IN THE NATION.

FOLLOWING A 41 AND 1 SEASON DURING THE SEASON, TIMBERVIEW DEFEATED THE DEFENDING STATE CHAMPIONS IN 6A 5A AND 4A ALONG WITH FOUR OTHER TEAMS WHO WERE EVENTUALLY QUALIFIED FOR THE STATE TOURNAMENT.

THE MANSFIELD TIMBERVIEW LADYWOODS BASKETBALL TEAM FINISHED SECOND IN THE 5A 2024 OLD GIRLS STATE BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP.

WE'RE EXTREMELY PROUD OF THESE AMAZING ATHLETES ALONG WITH THEIR HEAD COACH KIT MARTIN, AND THE STAFF FROM TIMBERVIEW HIGH SCHOOL.

AT THIS TIME I WOULD LIKE TO INVITE OUR LAKE RIDGE BOYS BASKETBALL TEAM TO THE ROOM.

OUR STUDENTS RECENTLY PARTICIPATED IN THE REGIONAL LEVEL OF THE TEXAS ART EDUCATION ASSOCIATION'S VERSION OF UIL, WHICH THEY CALL VASE, WHICH STANDS FOR VISUAL ART SCHOLASTIC EVENT.

OUT OF ALL OF OUR STUDENTS, 95% OF OUR STUDENTS IN MISD SCORED A FOUR, WHICH IS THE HIGHEST SCORE THAT YOU COULD GET.

THAT'S FROM ALL FIVE OF OUR HIGH SCHOOLS.

WE EVEN HAD ART STUDENTS FROM FRONTIER THIS YEAR BECAUSE WE HAVE AN ART TEACHER THERE AND THEY PARTICIPATED.

SO WE'RE REALLY PLEASED WITH THAT.

OUT OF THAT 95%, THEY PICKED THE TOP 10% OF ALL THOSE KIDS TO GO REPRESENT THE REGION AT THE STATE LEVEL.

AND NEARLY 30 STUDENTS FROM MANSFIELD ISD WILL ADVANCE TO THE STATE LEVEL.

WHAT IS CTE? WHEN WE THINK ABOUT THE CAREERS THAT EXIST IN OUR ECONOMY, THOSE ARE DIVIDED INTO 13 DIFFERENT CAREER CLUSTERS.

IF YOU THINK ABOUT NURSING, THAT WOULD FALL UNDER HEALTH SCIENCE.

IF YOU THINK ABOUT PLUMBING AND CARPENTRY, THAT WOULD FALL UNDER ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION.

IN MANSFIELD ISD, WE OFFER 13 DIFFERENT CAREER CLUSTERS TO OUR STUDENTS.

WITHIN THAT WE HAVE 26 DIFFERENT PROGRAMS OF STUDY.

WE ARE PART OF THE TEXAS 60 BY 30 STRATEGIC PLAN.

THAT GOAL IS THAT 60% OF THE WORKFORCE IN TEXAS, IS GOING TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF INDUSTRY CREDENTIAL OR DEGREE THAT'S GOING TO MAKE THEM HIGHLY SKILLED AND EMPLOYABLE, SO OUR TEXAS ECONOMY CAN REMAIN STRONG.

TYPICALLY THAT HAD FALLEN ON THE SHOULDERS OF OUR HIGHER ED PARTNERS, OUR TWO-YEAR PROGRAMS AND OUR FOUR YEAR PROGRAMS. BUT NOW HIGH SCHOOLS ARE PART OF THAT MIX.

THAT'S BECAUSE WE OFFER THOSE INDUSTRY-BASED CERTIFICATIONS SO OUR STUDENTS CAN GRADUATE CAREER-READY AND GO STRAIGHT INTO THE WORKFORCE.

IN CTE, WE LOVE MIKE ROE, AND THAT'S BECAUSE HE REALLY SHED A LIGHT ON THOSE MID-SKILLED JOBS.

LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT THOSE.

WE HAVE LOW-SKILLED, MID-SKILL, AND HIGH-SKILLED JOBS.

HIGH-SKILLED JOBS ARE THOSE THAT REQUIRE TYPICALLY A FOUR-YEAR OR A GRADUATE DEGREE.

MID-SKILLED JOBS ARE THOSE THAT REQUIRE A CERTIFICATION OR A CREDENTIAL BEYOND HIGH SCHOOL, BUT NOT NECESSARILY A FOUR-YEAR DEGREE.

THE LOW-SKILLED JOBS ARE TYPICALLY THOSE THAT REQUIRE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA.

WHAT MIKE DID WHEN HE STARTED DIRTY JOBS SO LONG AGO, IS HE STARTED HIGHLIGHTING ALL THOSE CAREERS LIKE PLUMBERS, ELECTRICIANS, THOSE CAREERS THAT REALLY KEEP OUR ECONOMY GOING.

HE STARTED TO SHED LIGHT ON THE FACT THAT THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE RETIRING IN MID-SKILLED JOBS THAN THERE ARE YOUNG PEOPLE GOING INTO THOSE JOBS.

NOW WE ARE LEFT WITH WHAT'S CALLED A SKILLS GAP.

IN THIS PICTURE, MIKE ROE, HAS HIS DIPLOMA ON THE LEFT AND HE LOOKS SAD.

I THINK WE ALL HAVE RECOGNIZED AND KNOWN SOMEONE IN OUR LIFE THAT WORKED REALLY HARD TO GET A FOUR-YEAR DEGREE.

THEY GRADUATED AND THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO FIND A JOB.

THAT'S WHY IN CTE, WE HAVE TO BE VERY AWARE AND ALIGN OUR PROGRAMS WITH THE CURRENT AND FUTURE JOB MARKET, BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT OUR STUDENTS TO PUT IN ALL THAT WORK.

GET A DEGREE OR A CREDENTIAL THAT'S NOT VALUABLE AND ISN'T GOING TO LEAD THEM TO EMPLOYMENT.

IN MANSFIELD ISD, WE HAVE OVER 12,000 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS.

WE SERVE ALMOST 30% OF THOSE STUDENTS IN SOME CAPACITY IN CTE.

WE OFFER CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION AT ALL FIVE OF OUR TRADITIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS, AS WELL AS THE MAJORITY OF OUR CTE CLASSES ARE OFFERED AT BEN BARBER.

WE SERVE ABOUT 1,800 STUDENTS EACH SESSION.

THAT'S TWO SESSIONS A DAY, TWO SESSIONS ON A DAY, AND TWO SESSIONS ON B DAY.

WE HAVE EVEN STARTED TO OFFER CTE CLASSES TO OUR EIGHTH-GRADE STUDENTS FOR HIGH SCHOOL CREDIT.

WE SERVE ABOUT 1,200 STUDENTS THIS SEMESTER IN MIDDLE SCHOOL.

IF YOU'LL THINK BACK TO OUR BOND PRESENTATION THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN ALL OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS, YOU'LL SEE THAT IN PROPOSITION A, CTE IS PART OF THAT BOND PACKAGE.

THAT'S BECAUSE WE WANT TO EXPAND.

OUR COMMUNITY IS SUPER SUPPORTIVE OF CTE.

WE ACTUALLY HAD TO TURN AWAY ALMOST 1,000 STUDENTS FROM BEING ABLE TO HAVE ACCESS TO THESE PROGRAMS. SPECIFICALLY IN MANUFACTURING, ENGINEERING, AUTOMOTIVE, AND COMPUTER SCIENCE.

THOSE FOUR PROGRAMS ARE ALSO THOSE MID-SKILLED JOBS THAT ARE GOING TO LEAD STUDENTS DIRECTLY INTO EMPLOYMENT.

CTE HAS HAD AN INTERESTING HISTORY IN MANSFIELD ISD.

WE STARTED ALL THE WAY BACK IN 1975.

WE WERE SMALL BUT MIGHTY, AND WE HAD A FACILITY LOCATED RIGHT BEHIND WESTERN MIDDLE SCHOOL AND WE WERE SO FORTUNATE THAT IN 2005, BIN BARBER INNOVATION ACADEMY WAS BUILT, AND OUR GROWTH JUST EXPLODED AT THAT POINT.

BEN BARBER WAS ACTUALLY ONE OF THE FIRST CTE CENTERS IN THIS AREA, AND IT WAS A FLAGSHIP FOR ALL OTHER DISTRICTS TO COME SEE WHAT WE WERE DOING.

WITH THAT GROWTH, WE WENT TO A BOND PACKAGE IN 2011 AND WE WERE ABLE TO EXPAND, AND GET A SMART HOSPITAL BUILT, A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN LABORATORY SPACE BUILT.

WE WERE ABLE TO RENOVATE SAVVY'S BISTRO FOR OUR CULINARY STUDENTS.

WE ADDED A PRINT SHOP FOR ARTS AND AV STUDENTS AND WE ADDED THE RON WHITSON AGRICULTURE CENTER FOR OUR AGRICULTURE STUDENTS.

I WILL TELL YOU THAT EXPANSION PIECE WAS CRITICAL DURING COVID WHEN OUR HEALTH SCIENCE STUDENTS WERE NOT ABLE TO GO TO THEIR INTERNSHIP SITES BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO INTERACT WITH PATIENTS BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC AND WE WERE ABLE TO CONTINUE OPERATIONS, AND WE WERE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO CERTIFY STUDENTS AND GET THEM READY TO FILL THOSE JOBS AS SOON AS THEY GRADUATED.

AS YOU KNOW, VISION 2030, WE ALL KNOW VERY WELL, AND THE BIG PIECE OF THAT, THAT APPLIES TO CTE IS THAT COLLEGE CAREER AND LIFE READINESS PIECE.

I'D LIKE TO END MY SECTION TODAY WITH BRAGGING ON A COUPLE OF OUR GRADUATES FROM 2023.

AUDREY ON THE LEFT, SHE IS ONE OF OUR MANSFIELD HIGH SCHOOL RECENT GRADUATES, DURING HER SENIOR YEAR SHE GOT A CERTIFICATION THAT ALLOWED HER TO START WORK AT MEDICAL CITY RIGHT AFTER HIGH SCHOOL AS A PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN.

WE DON'T KNOW WHAT AUDREY'S PLANS WILL BE FOREVER SHE MAY WORK IN THAT CAPACITY FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE AND RETIRE.

SHE MAY GO ON TO GET A NURSING DEGREE, BUT WE GAVE HER A GREAT START INTO A CAREER BY THE PROGRAMS WE OFFER IN MANSFIELD.

THEN NICHOLAS ON THE RIGHT, HE'S ONE OF OUR LEGACY GRADUATES, HE DID HIS INTERNSHIP IN PRACTICUM CONSTRUCTION THROUGH TUTOR ELECTRIC, WHICH IS ONE OF OUR COMMUNITY PARTNERS.

AND THEY LOVED HIM SO MUCH, THEY OFFERED HIM AN APPRENTICESHIP SO HE IS NOW AN ELECTRICIAN APPRENTICE, DOING FANTASTIC.

WE CHECK IN WITH HIM REGULARLY BECAUSE TUTOR ELECTRIC IS ONE OF OUR PARTNERS AND HE'S JUST THRIVING IN HIS NEW CAREER.

HERE YOU CAN SEE THE GROWTH AND WHEN I SAY GROWTH, I MEAN THE GROWTH IN THE NUMBER OF IBCS THAT HAVE BEEN EARNED.

IN 2017, WE HAD 143 IBCS THAT WERE EARNED, AND LAST YEAR OVER 1,300.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT OUR TEACHERS ARE ROCK STARS.

THEY ARE CONTINUOUSLY LOOKING AT ALIGNING THOSE TEST OBJECTIVES AND THE INDUSTRY STANDARDS AND THE STATE STANDARDS TO MAKE SURE THE STUDENTS ARE SUCCESSFUL ON THESE EXAMS AND THAT JUST PROVIDES MORE OPPORTUNITIES.

WE LOVE BRAGGING APPARENTLY, SO WE'RE GOING TO START BRAGGING AGAIN.

WE ARE NOW IN OUR COMPETITION SEASON AND IT'S GOING TO BE BUSY, BUT IT'S GREAT.

THESE ARE ALL OF OUR CTSOS THAT ARE GOING TO NATIONALS AND SO THAT'S OUR BPA, OUR BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS.

WE HAVE TWO STUDENTS GOING TO CHICAGO IN MAY, TAFE, WHICH IS OUR FUTURE EDUCATORS SO WE HAVE 13 STUDENTS TRAVELING TO WASHINGTON, DC IN JUNE.

DECA, WHICH IS OUR BUSINESS ORGANIZATION WE HAVE 10 STUDENTS TRAVELING TO ANAHEIM IN APRIL.

PRO START, THAT'S OUR CULINARY ARTS AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT, CTSO, AND WE HAVE NINE STUDENTS TRAVELING TO BALTIMORE IN APRIL.

WE'RE GOING TO SEE ABOUT HOSA AND SKILLS USA THAT'S COMING UP AND THAT'S GOING TO BE APRIL 4 THROUGH 8.

I'M JUST GOING TO HIGHLIGHT, SO WE ACKNOWLEDGED ALL OF OUR AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS AT THE BOARD MEETINGS FROM LAST SCHOOL YEAR, BUT I DO WANT TO HIGHLIGHT SOME OF OUR ORGANIZATIONS SO JUST SO YOU COULD SEE WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE.

WE HAVE PRO START AND THEY'RE GOING TO BE OVER ON THE LEFT AND IN OUR PRO START, THEY WERE SECOND PLACE LAST YEAR IN NATIONALS, THEY WERE FIRST PLACE IN 22, SO HOPEFULLY THEY WILL EARN THAT FIRST PLACE AGAIN AND THEN WE HAVE OUR BPA AND THEY WERE FIRST PLACE IN NATIONALS LAST YEAR.

THEN WE ALSO HAVE OUR SKILLS USA, FIRST PLACE STATE, AND WE HAVE OUR FFA GRAND CHAMPION, AND THEN HOSA, ALSO ONE OF OUR NATIONAL AND STATE WINNERS.

THIS PART IS REALLY EXCITING, JUST BECAUSE IT'S BEEN A LONG WORK IN PROGRESS.

OUR AMERICAN CULINARY FEDERATION, WE NOW HAVE THAT ACCREDITATION WITH OUR CULINARY ART STUDENTS AND SO WE ARE THE SECOND HIGH SCHOOL IN THE STATE OF TEXAS TO OFFER THIS, AND WE ARE THE FIRST HIGH SCHOOL WITH BAKING AND PASTRY.

THAT IS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR OUR STUDENTS BECAUSE IT'S ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY FOR THEM TO BE CERTIFIED AND THEY DO NOT HAVE TO TEST SO AS LONG AS THEY MEET THOSE COURSE REQUIREMENTS, THEY ARE CERTIFIED.

ONE OF THE COMPANIES THAT IS SLATED TO OPEN, THAT WE'VE BEEN IN COMMUNICATION AND TALKS WITH IS BIO LABS.

I THINK MOST EVERYBODY KNOWS WE HAVE A VERY LARGE, VERY SUCCESSFUL HEALTH SCIENCE DEPARTMENT, BUT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN FOCUSED ON PATIENT CARE AND SO WE ARE REALLY READY TO INNOVATE AND DIVE INTO RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT.

EVERYBODY GOT REALLY UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL WITH DISTRIBUTION AND LOGISTICS, THANK YOU TO COVID AND SO WE DO NOT SEE THAT GOING AWAY AND WE WANT A PIECE OF THAT PIE FOR OUR STUDENTS.

SOME OTHER PROGRAMS THAT WE WANT TO EXPAND ON ARE HVAC, ROBOTICS AND AUTOMATION, AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION REPAIR, ELECTRIC VEHICLE TECHNICIAN, AND AVIATION MECHANIC.

ALSO STREAMLINING PROCESSES.

WE MOVED TO ANOTHER INVENTORY SYSTEM, AND NOW WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO AUTOMATE CERTAIN THINGS THAT BEFORE OR MAYBE DONE MANUALLY, NOW IT'S MORE EFFICIENT WITH AUTOMATED TASKS.

THEN ALSO LOTS OF PARTNERSHIPS INTERNALLY, WE LOVE TO SUPPORT OUR STAFF, OUR TEAMS, OUR DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS, AND SO THAT'S A LIST OF A FEW ITEMS THAT YOU SEE THERE.

WE'VE ALSO DONE A LOT OF NETWORK UPGRADES, MEANING LIKE OUR CONTENT FILTERS, WHICH PROTECT OUR KIDS FROM ACCESSING INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT, AND EVEN FIREWALL ADDITIONS.

OUR TICKETING SYSTEM I MENTIONED BEFORE, BUT IN ADDITION TO THAT, WE ADDED A CALL CENTER SOFTWARE.

NOW OUR HELP DESK, THEY'RE LIKE A REAL CALL CENTER, WHICH MEANS THAT THEY HAVE THE TOOLS THEY NEED TO BE ABLE TO REMOTE INTO CERTAIN SYSTEMS, HELP OUR STAFF MORE EFFICIENTLY AND THEY'VE LOVED HAVING THE SYSTEM, AND WE'VE LOVED HAVING THE REPORTING.

LASTLY, WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO IMPLEMENT FOR THIRD AND FOURTH GRADE THEIR CHARGING STATIONS.

WHAT THAT LOOKS LIKE IS BEFORE OUR STUDENTS HAD THEIR CHROME BOOKS AND THEY WOULD PUT THEM IN THEIR BACKPACKS AND TAKE THEM HOME FOR OUR YOUNGER LEARNERS, AND THEN JUST SOMETIMES THEY JUST DROP THEM ON THE FLOOR OR GET THEY'RE THERE AND WE SEE SOME BREAKAGE.

WHAT WE DECIDED TO DO WITH THE COLLABORATION WITH CAMPUSES AND TEACHERS AND PRINCIPALS, WE GOT A LOT OF JUST FEEDBACK.

WE DECIDED TO KEEP THOSE IN THE CLASSROOM.

LO AND BEHOLD, WHEN WE LOOKED AT THE DATA, WE HAD ALMOST 80% FEWER DAMAGED DEVICES.

THIS YEAR HAS BEEN SO MUCH BETTER WHERE THE KIDS HAVE THEIR DEVICES IN THE CLASSROOM, THEY USE THEM FOR TESTING, IT'S GOING MUCH BETTER.

I COMMEND EVERYONE WHO SERVES ON THE BOARD BECAUSE YOU'RE DOING A JOB THAT YOU VOLUNTEERED FOR.

I APPRECIATE YOUR SERVICE TO THE DISTRICT.

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO ASK THE BOARD TO SERIOUSLY ADDRESS CONCERNS THAT CAME TO MY ATTENTION THAT WAS CONCERNING THE ELIGIBILITY OF A CANDIDATE RUNNING FOR TRUSTEE PLACE 2.

AS A FATHER AND AS AN ADVOCATE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THAT 10 PARAPROFESSIONALS WILL BE LEAVING THE DISTRICT THIS MONTH.

I HAVE CONSTANTLY TALKED WITH MANY OF YOU ABOUT THE LOW PAY OUR PARAPROFESSIONALS RECEIVE, YET NO PLAN HAS BEEN PUT IN PLACE TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF PARAS IN THE DISTRICT OR TO INCREASE THEIR PAY TO A LIVABLE WAGE.

THIS HURTS MY CHILD AND ALL THE CHILDREN WITHIN THE DISTRICT WITH DISABILITIES.

YET YOU ARE ASKING THIS COMMUNITY TO GIVE YOU ACCESS TO $777 MILLION OF OUR TAX DOLLARS.

NONE OF WHICH WILL INCREASE THE PAY OF OUR STRUGGLING PARENTS AND TEACHERS OR GIVE ANY FUNDING TO OUR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES.

HOW ARE WE AS A COMMUNITY ABLE TO TRUST YOU TO HANDLE THE BOND MONEY CORRECTLY WHEN WE CAN'T EVEN TRUST YOU TO FOLLOW THE ELECTION LAWS OF OUR STATE? YOU AS A BOARD CONTINUE TO HAVE A CANDIDATE ON THE BALLOT IN PLACE TOO, WHO HAS NOT SATISFIED THE MINIMUM STATE REQUIREMENTS OF BEING A REGISTERED VOTER IN THE COUNTY FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO RECEIVING HIS APPLICATION.

THIS IS PART OF THE STATE'S ELECTION LAWS AND YOU ARE VIOLATING THEM.

YOU EVEN WENT AS FAR AS SAYING YOU VERIFIED THIS CANDIDATE'S VOTER REGISTRATION WHEN IN FACT YOU DID NOT, ACCORDING TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE.

INSTEAD OF RECTIFYING THE SITUATION AND REMOVING THE CANDIDATE FROM THE BALLOT, YOU ARE SIMPLY IGNORING AND HOPING THE COMMUNITY DOESN'T CATCH ON.

THESE ARE DECEPTIVE PRACTICES BY THIS BOARD, BUT THEY DON'T BUILD COMMUNITY TRUST [INAUDIBLE] TRUST AND COMMUNITY, SO IT DOESN'T BUILD TRUST AMONG OUR TEACHERS, THE PARENTS OR THE STUDENTS.

BEFORE YOU ASK THIS COMMUNITY TO GIVE YOU THREE QUARTERS OF A BILLION DOLLARS WITH A B DO RIGHT BY OUR TEACHERS, DO RIGHT BY OUR PARENTS, DO WRITE BY ME AS A PARENT, DO RIGHT BY MY CHILDREN WHO ARE STUDENTS IN THIS DISTRICT, DO RIGHT BY THE OTHER CANDIDATES RUNNING FOR SCHOOL BOARD, AND DO RIGHT BY THE FUTURE MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY WHO MAY WANT TO BE A PART OF THIS BODY.

ON JANUARY 18TH, 2024, DR. HIDALGO CANCELED HIS TARRANT COUNTY VOTER REGISTRATION AND LISTED A DALLAS COUNTY ADDRESS.

THE FILING PERIOD FOR THE MANSFIELD ISD BOARD OF TRUSTEES WAS JANUARY 17TH, 2024 THROUGH FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 16TH, 2024.

ON JANUARY 30TH, 2024, DR. HIDALGO FILED TO RUN FOR SCHOOL BOARD TRUSTEE PLACE 2 IN MANSFIELD ISD.

ON FEBRUARY 25TH, 2024, DR. HIDALGO REGISTERED TO VOTE IN TARRANT COUNTY MORE THAN A WEEK AFTER THE FILING DEADLINE.

THEN ON MARCH 1ST, 2024, DR. HIDALGO CAST A PROVISIONAL BALLOT IN THE REPUBLICAN PRIMARY AT THE MANSFIELD COURTHOUSE.

TODAY, MARCH 26TH, FINALLY, DR. HIDALGO'S VOTER REGISTRATION IN TARRANT COUNTY BECOMES EFFECTIVE.

DR. HIDALGO SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN PLACED ON THE BALLOT AS A CANDIDATE.

SINCE HE WAS ALLOWED TO BE A CANDIDATE, HE SHOULD NOW BE DECLARED INELIGIBLE.

IT IS UP TO THIS BOARD TO ACT WITH INTEGRITY AND DO WHAT IS RIGHT, REGARDLESS OF PARTY AFFILIATION, NEPOTISM, OR ANY OTHER RELATIONSHIP.
